Cleaning service terms & conditions
You are under no binding contract or obilgation as payment is made at each visit.
Who cleans your  home?
Your home is cleaned by 2 fully trained HrH maids,for peace of mind,maids are
uniformend & covered by insurance.
Estimate sheet
The estimate sheet points out your requirements & needs in which the maids will follow
so it is important that all your needs are pointed out when a in-house estimate is undertaken.
The maids will only work from your estimate sheet if for any reason you need to amend the
sheet please call the office and lets us know before your clean takes place or your next scheduled
clean date we will inform the maids of any changes or charge (extra or reduced requirements)
How long are the maids at my home?
We are at your home until the job is to your satisfaction.
We work Monday – Friday 8.30-4pm
We are unable to give a specific time,but we try our best to give you am or pm.
 If your not completely happy with the clean?
Please tell us within two working days of the clean date by telephone using the number
at the bottom of the estimate sheet and we will clean the area again to you satisfaction.
Cleaning Products
No need to provide cleaning products,however if theres anything you prefer to use as long
as it complys with the health & safety requirements we will use it.
If we hold keys.
HrH owner & maids scheduled to do your clean are the only people who have access to those
keys,which are referance coded and kept separate from estimate sheets.
Cleans that fall on a statutory holiday.
We will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
Cancellations of cleans.
Please call the office to let us know you need to cancel a clean we need 2 working days notice
so we can avoid charging you for the clean.
Breakage at your home.
Items that are of sentimental value or are otherwise irreplaceable
Please let us know before your 1st clean.
If you also have anything in your home that may be damaged by cleaning
products please point this out,
HrH maids treat your home with the greatest of care,but if something is damaged we
will leave a note explaning whats broken,the office will contact you.
We make every effort to have the damage item replaced if it cannot be repaired.
How do you pay
You pay on the day the cleaning is done.Most clients find it convenient to leave
a cheque payable to HrH maids on the kitchen surface,however you can pay by cash

Ironing service terms & conditions
We aim to provide a 24hr collection & delivery service on ironing,but in our buxy periods the may be
extended to 48hrs,you will always be notified of any changes of delivery time in advance.
Customers are asked to provide items in a washed state,any items that have not been washed will be returned un-ironed.
Any damaged items collected from you will be returned to you un-ironed to avoide any misunderstanding.
In the unlikely event of loss/damage to any items,we will be pleased to compensate up to £30.00 per item on proof of purchase.
We operate a fully insured,professional ironing service.
Items will be ironed and returned on hangers & protective covering where required,otherwise folded and covered.
You the customer will be provided with a laundry bag with your name on,in which we ask you to place your items.
Our HrH maids are capable & experienced staff and we insist on a smoke free enviroment to keep your clothes fresh.
If you are unavaliable for collection or delivery you most tell us of any chnages to aviod any wasted journey being made be us.
Our free collection & delivery is a standard with a 48hr turnaround,so you know exactly when your ironing will be collected or delivered.
Payment should be made to us in cash on delivery.
